Reading Alexa Riley's books is always a pleasure. Because it's a sure thing. When you pick up a book written by AR you know that you'll enjoy it page after page. Because Alexa Riley gets something special, gets a magic touch to create the perfect balance between romance and drama, between angst, swooning story and sweet and sexy moments.
This is the third book in this series. And one more time, Alexa's talent has been confirmed. This time she focused on Jay and Jordan. And successfully creates an office romance. Their relationship slowly evolves, earning intensity. It passes from a friend zone relationship to romance. The mutual attraction is burning and deep from the beginning, but is dominate by their professional ethic. Because you can mix love and work. That's the rule. But the rules are made to be broken. Especially when it comes to such a pure and deep chemistry. So any rule has its own exception. And Alexa Riley found it, and has written an absolutely wonderful novel.
Oviously the relationship towards Jay and Jordan for as predictable and tempting it could be, it has some obstacles and lines to cross.But that makes their Bond and attraction even stronger and passionate. Because after she will admit her feelings for Jordan well, everything will change. Both will crave for one other, for a touch or a kiss. Another aspect of their relationship is their perfect compatibility. It's out of the chats, almost like their hungry attraction.

The word seems to take her aback. “Pleasure?”

“That’s the nature of my business, yes.” My body tightens, because it would be pleasure

The irony is enough to flatten me, that this is a woman I might have pursued outside this 

job. She would have been too young for me, even if I weren’t an escort and she wasn’t

Escort is a reverse version of Pretty woman. In this case he is the whore while she's the rich girl. although the story is predictable, there are some original elements that made this romance unique. How it goes I'm sure you know, but Hugo and Bea connection can really be sense. It goes through the story. Two pieces that fit perfectly. The light and hope to each other.

But is also a begging and an end. A begging to feel, to live, to breath. Because Hugo will give Bea's more than his body. He will give her freedom. He will unlock her golden cage. He will make her discover herself, and the world. Forcing her borders with her.
But Escort has its own weaknesses. Sometimes the story earns.... speed and some details fade. Especially on some main scenes between Hugo and Bea.
Then also the main characters have their weaknesses. As much as she is innocent, juvenile, she alternate the moments when she will amaze you for her strength and moments when she is the complete opposite.
And him...Hugo is known for his... services. But when he became aware of Bea's influence on himself, he lost his credibility. But even so or especially because of their weaknesses they complete each other. They are made to be together and fight hand in hand against the world, their past and their fears.
