My review
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I've never been to Denmark but I really love the King!
What you have to expect from this book? EVERYTHING and MORE! The story is so original you will never know what happens next. Above it all is an extraordinary steamy challenge between the "ice-king" and the "fire-nanny". Their interactions will fascinate you from the very beginning. It's refreshing, entertaining, addictive how much will change this forbidden or more this impossible relationship. And that's not only because of their different social class. But also because of their past, their priorities and their doubts. But you know that what's forbidden is always the most tempting thing.
I really don't want to spoil the story. Aksel is going to really leave you breathless, for a thousand reasons, for his a****le attitude, for his devotion, for his restlessness, for his passion.
A king is always right, isn't it? And in Denmark everyone do what the king says and what, except HER, the spicy, smart and sexy( despite that odd uniform), Australian nanny.
Aurora, that's her name will knock on his locke see and frozen heart, till gradually melt it. She will going to turn his word upside down, literally and figuratively. She will give him so much. And most of all, Aurora is going to teach him how to smile again, to live, love and be loved and cherish again.
I can't finish this review without mentioning two little sweet and tender secondary but indispensable characters. Ahh and the one who makes this novel... really" royal": SNAF- SNAF!

SYNOPSIS
When I first applied for the job I thought it would be like all the others: working as a nanny for an aristocratic family.
Then I got the job and found out how wrong I was.
Now I’m the new nanny for two adorable little girls who happen to be princesses.
Their father is the widowed King of Denmark.
And my new home? The royal palace in Copenhagen.
Adjusting to my new life isn't easy but the hardest part hasn’t been the girls who still grieve over the loss of their mother.
It’s their father.
Cold, mysterious and moody, with an icy stare that seems to penetrate your soul, King Aksel may have hired me to take care of his daughters but he wants as little to do with me as possible.
Yet the longer I share these palace walls with this man, the more that I’m drawn to him. His chiseled face and sexual swagger are only part of the package. It’s in the long, intense glances at the dinner table, the way we’ll brush up against each other in the halls, the rare glimpses of the man deep inside, like the sun passing through clouds.
But no matter how I feel about him, we can never be together.
You think it's bad enough being in love with your boss?
Try falling in love with a king.
