With Major Cade Jameson was love at first sight! By the time I finished Commander in Briefs, I knew it, he was MINE. And it was the very first time, that I liked better a second character than the main hero. His story instantly got me. That's why I wanted so badly this! GORGEOUS.
And because of that, I literally haunted Kristy, to give him a story. I'll be honest. I had some really high expectations from this story. And Kristy doesn't disappointed me! Giving my man a perfectly damaged story. You'll be touched by his story, you'll cry and smile for him. There will be moments when you'd give everything just to hold him tide, and others when you would honestly strangle him with bare hands.
But Cade won't be him without his demons. It makes him real, it makes him... gorgeous, because it's so easy to appreciate the external beauty, but it's rare to catch the internal one. Cade is GORGEOUS because of those shadows.
Because in the darkest moments you don't need just a sparkle to guide you, you need a reason to keep fighting, and his reason is that beautiful brunette. Sweet but ambitious, innocent but courageous, a fighter with an angel face
Their relationship is far from predictable, because Cade is his worst enemy, and because of that, all he does is just pushing far away any person who wants to get closer. But B has her own goal, help him, and she is determined to achieve it. No matter what, no matter how, no matter how many tears it'll cost, or how hard is going to be, no matter how lost he feels, she's following right behind, to hold his hand and heal her damaged hero. She's is there for HIM always and forever.
She is stronger than his past, than his demons, she is there to fight for HER HERO.
And is here when I have to compliment Kristy again, writing his story wasn't so easy. A story like this is build on lot of tears, meltdowns, agony, but also a hundred reasons to carry on, to get up, to still standing and hope for a better time, for a reason to smile, to try again, to keep living.
Okay, back to GORGEOUS, so their relationship is something else, is a new level of connection,is an invisible and unbreakable bond between two broken souls, till the point where you won't know when he stopped to be a hero a she and beggins to. But their relationship is going deep, evolving and getting trough several feelings until it gets to an unconditional love.
I swear a story like Gorgeous is one in a million, worth the time to be read, because it gives you so much.
Overall the story is focused on this gorgeous broken man, is 100% emotional, tear-jerker, but don't worry it has a happy ending and some of the hottest sex scenes I have ever read.

A self-proclaimed reader enthusiast, Kristy started her writing journey back in 2009, reading and writing when her daughter was napping. Establishing her place in Corporate America (because something had to pay the bills), writing became her dirty, late-night secret.
After eight long years, she released her debut novel, Commander in Briefs. It was a long road, but she can honestly say, the road less traveled had the most beautiful sights.
