This is the first book by Amie Knight, I have ever read. And it's an earthquake of emotions, unexpected, wanted or denied. But all of them pure, intense, deep. This story. I don't know if I can call it a story. Because everything seems so real. Above the fiction. It's something else. Something different. Something original and perfect for all its imperfections. That's right because the story is focused on those imperfect moments or things that fate reserve you, when you keep trying to understand what just had happened. What did you do wrong? Why you? WHY? Maybe at the first impact there isn't an obvious answer to that cruel WHY. The only thing you know is that in an instant you're life changed, and it will never be the same again.
But An imperfect heart doesn't stop shocking you. It will be like a bomerang of feelings. And you will live all of them together with Kelly. Because it will show to you what love means. How fierce and challenge her, breaking all her certainties, changing her priorities and her lifestyle. It will show love with all its lights and shadows. It will bring you to your knees, break your heart, and the very next moment it will find a reason to keep fighting, to hope and to challenge the whole world for what or whom you love.

Amie Knight has been a reader for as long as she could remember and a romance lover
since she could get her hands on her momma's books. A dedicated wife and mother
