Synopsis
Sometimes you fall for Mr. Right. And sometimes for Mr. Right Now…
May
Did you hear the one about the girl who walks into a bar and catches her live-in lover kissing someone else? No? You’re the only one in town who missed it.

Luckily Alec is there to wrap me up in strong arms and carry me out the door before things get too ugly. And that’s not all Alec is good at. Our unexpected chemistry makes him the perfect rebound guy.
Alec
I should know better than to hook up with my rival’s little sister, but the fiery look in May’s eyes really turns my crank. She needs cheering up, and I’m just the guy for the job.

It’s not like I’ll fall in love. Not even after a string of scorching hot trysts, and the realization that we’re good at the same things: wild nights and familial disappointment. I don’t do love, never have, never will. So this is the perfect arrangement, for both of us.
Nobody would approve, but nobody has to know...

My review
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I'm always in the mood for a Sarina 's book! Because I don't know how she keeps doing it, but her books have a incredible charm. Something you are always enjoying to get in. A magic touch. I can't put a finger on, but it's something impossible to resist to.
Every books of this series gets its own brightness. But May 's is something else. Maybe because it has a heartbreaking beginning. Or maybe because May is different from the other girls. Fragile but incredible at the same time. It's incredible ( how many times I already typed incredible? Lol) so it's incredible how her life is going chance in a place that can be her undone and her second and ( unexpected ) chance. Because Alec will slowly but surely get above her addiction. And he is SO good, for a girl like May. A girl that is so easy to judge but so difficult to understand for what she is, for her choices. But Alec is going to do this and more. Alec is going to stand by her, when she needs the most. Alec will help her up when she just fell on her knees. Alec will reach out for her when she needs someone to hold her hand. Alex will dry her tears when she cries, will hold her tide when she wants so badly to give up. Will make her laugh ( with his craspy jokes) when she feels alone, lost or beat. Alex will always be there to give her strength and hope. And last but not least, Alec will heal her heart. Will make her feel loved and cherrish. And when everything seems complicated for her, Alec is standing right there next to her, to make it easy.
If all this doesn't speak out loud to prove you how amazing is this book I honestly don't know what it would be.
